What is ListingArena?

ListingArena is a comprehensive US real estate data platform that normalizes and aggregates active listings for sale, for rent, and sold comps, plus historical price cuts, property taxes, and high-resolution photos.

What's Included

ListingArena data is continuously refreshed and normalized into a single schema:

**Listings:** For-sale listing updates, price drop alerts, and DOM metrics.
**Records:** County assessor tax records and deed histories.
**Rentals:** Rental availability, security deposits, and pet policies.
